You are ours, exclusively!

The man that we really look up to, the man who impregnated my nanay 10x to bring us all here in the earth. Should I say you are the best? Should I say you're the Great? Well, what about, you are our father, the man who loves us and the man who treat our mom so dearly. The man who never pampered us with material things but with love and guidance instead. There was a time during my childhood that I felt envy on those kids who has all the technical stuff. I would even ask nanay why you are so stingy for not buying us those techie things I saw on other kids and no matter how Nanay would explain I still can't understand. Then slowly I realized that we have a big family, and all of your kids are into school because you value education more than material things. We cannot be like them. But I may not have techie things during childhood, I have your time by which you mindlessly devoted to us, we don't have to ask for your attention because we already have it. I don't have to tell you to attend my school meetings, I know that you and nanay are gonna be there whether I like it or not. I remember one time, someone asked you to run for municipal mayor, you laugh your heart out, and said without hesitation, "they won't vote for me because they know I will be absent in all the sessions, I cannot divide my time for my family and my work." You love us, and we are your life.

Our weekly schedules are like this:
 Monday-Friday= (daytime) school for us / work for you
 (Night before bedtime) = checking of assignment (you would even prepare some coffee for us, for me.)
Saturday- morning (you'd check the rice fields and your little bunch of animals
Afternoon= bible study (for you)Sunday- morning = church
Afternoon= words of God

 No one is allowed not to be at home at 6pm for dinner. Eating dinner together is important and no one should be absent or there must be a valid reason. If mom can sing till midnight without getting tired, you can make us dance even without a tune if we committed a punishable mistake. You are a disciplinarian; belt, ruler, or hunger, name it coz they are my friends growing up, our friends actually. Haha we’re such a pain in the ass Tay. I cannot forget the time when you had to make a toy gun for us (im one of the boys growing up) because you can’t buy one, we’re too many, me and my two brothers, my two nephews and the two helpers that you treated as your kids too, so you made us one instead. It doesn’t make a sound, we can’t even adjust it because it’s made of wood but we loved it, we even bragged about it. The only thing that I really hate when you do is when you would help me with my assignment, especially in math, you would come up with correct answer but different formula, how can I explain it to my teachers??? Geesh tay, Im stupid with numbers you know that. How come you’re so good at it? Exchange brain please.. :P Haay.. I miss you. I miss our chant that goes like this.

 Tatay: hello bodyguard!
Me: Yes Brod!

Tatay: Hep hep
Me: Hooray!

Tatay: Si Eva kung matulog ay??
Me: Tikling!

 I even miss those moments when you would ask me to hold your point finger then I would hear a fart.A one smelly fart! Then I would hear your evil laugh. bwahaha Crazy tatay you are! We miss playing cards with you that when you stand of your seat, we can see some cards hidden unto it. Cheater! Haha I miss asking you why I am so beautiful and all that you can say is..”ahh because you are.” haha..But I know that if us your kids misses you, Nanay miss you much too much. Because she lost her protector, her spoiler, her one true love.  Tay, help us pray that God may give her more years to spend with us. Please.

 I love you tay, yesterday,today and forever. We love you. Thank you
